本政策说明 Sampan 广告分析工作台如何处理 Google 登录和 Google Ads 报表数据。
数据来源和用途
使用 Google 登录时，Google 向身份验证服务 Supabase 提供账号标识、主要邮箱和基本资料，例如显示名称和头像。Sampan 使用这些信息建立登录会话，并根据邮箱核对管理员授予的工作空间权限。
Google Ads 报表由管理员单独授权的服务账号读取。工作台使用获授权的广告账户及广告系列标识、名称、状态、费用和可用预算等数据，展示广告报表并将广告花费与联盟佣金配对，以计算投放回报。管理员可另行配置 Google Ads 脚本来执行获授权的广告系列暂停和启用操作。
存储、共享和保护
Cloudflare 托管工作台并处理连接请求。Supabase 处理登录并保存成员授权信息和同步后的工作空间报表。登录会话使用浏览器 Cookie。工作台使用 HTTPS 传输数据，并在服务器端检查成员角色和工作空间权限。报表仅提供给获授权的成员。
Sampan 对 Google 用户数据的使用限于身份验证、访问控制和上述报表功能。工作台不出售 Google 用户数据，也不使用这些数据来定向投放广告或训练通用人工智能模型。
保留期限、撤销授权与删除
登录账户资料和成员信息保留在身份验证和工作空间系统中，用于管理团队访问。同步后的报表可由工作空间保存作历史核算。你可以在 Google 账号设置中撤销 Sampan 的登录授权。撤销授权会停止后续 Google 登录，已保存的记录需要单独申请删除。
如需查询、更正或删除个人资料，请通过团队联系渠道联系邀请你加入的工作空间管理员，并说明登录邮箱及请求范围。管理员可以核对身份、移除成员访问权限，并处理与账户资料或报表相关的删除请求。
Google user data and privacy
When you sign in, Google provides a user identifier, primary email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile photo to Supabase Auth. Sampan uses these details to sign you in and match your email to a workspace membership. An administrator-authorized service account separately reads Google Ads account and campaign details, statuses, costs, and budgets for reporting and spend reconciliation.
Cloudflare hosts the application and handles web requests. Supabase processes authentication and stores workspace records. Session cookies keep you signed in. HTTPS protects data in transit, and server-side workspace and role checks limit access to authorized team members. Sampan uses Google user data for the sign-in, access control, and reporting features described here. Sampan does not sell Google user data or use it for ad targeting or general-purpose AI training.
Account and membership records are retained for access administration. Workspaces can retain synchronized reports for historical reconciliation. You may revoke sign-in access in your Google Account. To request access, correction, or deletion of stored personal data, contact the workspace administrator who invited you and provide your sign-in email and the records covered by your request.
